This is a group where we share our yoga practice, either outdoors (when the weather allows) or indoors during the colder season.\nJoin us if you’d also like to practice in the parks or, occasionally, in the mountains around Madrid.The classes are taught by me, Evi (the creator of the group hehe 😅), and they are based on voluntary contribution.\nMy intention is to create a beautiful community where we can find things in common to share, along with the practice of asanas and meditation.\nIf you’d like to join the WhatsApp group/community, here’s the link:\n👉\nhttps://chat.whatsapp.com/FEHniPudyZZIxuQGOqK0R1\nIt doesn’t matter what level or experience you have with yoga—just join, everything grows little by little.
