This is a community designed to support you in building more connection in your relationships, more effective communication at work, and foster a more compasionate relationship to ourselves. Our practices are based in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a revolutionary method for conflict resolution, developed over the last 60 years by the American PhD psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. This space is open to anyone, whether you're new to NVC or a seasoned practitioner.
